About        CV

Challenge:
Introduce Nortel's unified communications solutions to IT managers and C level execs.

Solution:
Create dynamic abstractions of complex data networks to visualize the concept of "hyperconnectivity."

Role:
ACD/Designer/Art Director. Created "node" visuals that were carried across all channels: digital, DM, print & tv. Directly responsible for concept and development of banners and DM.

Design :: Clean, colorful graphics quickly express the idea of "hyperconnectivity" while staying true to the brand promise of "business made simple." These visualizations worked well in print and were mesmerizing in motion.

Banner

Email :: Concept for a digital newsletter, metadata, focused on keeping IT pros up-to-date on technology and communication trends.

DM - C-Level :: Packages were hand delivered. When the the phone was activated, a short video played addressing the recipient by name and introducing them to Nortel's unified communications solutions. Shortly afterward, a Nortel account manager called the recipient directly to request a meeting (and deliver the phone charger).

DM - Invitation :: Front panel illustrated a complicated web of connections between users, mobile devices, laptops, phone lines, etc. (a traditional network).
As the piece slid open it revealed an alternate solution for connecting all these things: a single line (unified communications).

Contents included a brief overview of Nortel's offering along with an agenda for the event.
